Every Job in Agencydesk is organised into structured tabs to help you manage delivery, finances, collaboration, and reporting.

Each tab focuses on a specific part of job management. When you open a current Job, you’ll see the following tabs across the top:

Tasks

The Tasks tab is where work gets done. This is the operational workspace for managing delivery.

Costs

The Costs tab manages supplier and external expenses. Ideal for managing third-party spend and protecting margins.

Job Costing

The Job Costing tab provides a structured financial breakdown of the entire job.

Estimates

The Estimates tab allows you to create and manage client-facing estimates. This is typically used before or at the start of a Job lifecycle.

Financial

The Financial tab focuses on billing and invoicing. Best used by Account Executives and Finance teams.

Central

The Central tab is your collaboration hub. This keeps all communication and supporting documentation linked to the Job.

Timeline

The Timeline tab provides a visual schedule of all tasks across time. Perfect for planning and delivery visibility.

Recon

The Recon tab provides a profitability and performance summary. This is your high-level financial health dashboard.
