Central

View Job Notes, schedule Meetings, and access Task Documents in one central hub for communication, collaboration, and file management.

The Central tab acts as the control centre for a specific Job’s communication and documents. This is where you can:

  • View and respond to Job Notes

  • See and schedule Meetings

  • Access all Task Documents

  • Click Jobs from the left-hand menu.

  • Open the relevant Job.

  • Click the Central tab.

Using Job Notes

The Job Notes section displays a running activity feed of notes and comments made on Tasks within the Job.

Adding Notes

Navigate to the relevant Task.

Select the Notes tab in the Task slider.

Click on + Add a Note.

Adding Comments

Click + Add a Comment beneath the relevant Note.

Type your message.

Use @ to mention a team member.

Click on the Send button to submit.

Meetings

The Meetings panel displays all meetings linked to this Job.

How to Schedule a Meeting

Click + Schedule a Meeting

Enter meeting details:

  • Event (meeting title)

  • Location

  • Link to Job (this will be preselected)

  • Add Invitees from the dropdown menu

  • Select a date

  • Select a Start and End time (can be set as an All Day event)

  • Add any Notes to the meeting

Click on the Save button.

The meeting will now appear in this section and on the shared Calendar.

Task Documents

The Task Documents section displays files uploaded to Tasks within this Job.

How to Access a Document

Locate the file in the list

Click the download icon to download

Click the delete icon (if you have permission) to remove

Best Practice for Using Central

  • Use Job Notes for internal updates and accountability.

  • @Mention team members for quick responses.

  • Store important files, such as client briefs or reference images, under Task Documents.
