Managing Job Deliverables

Manage every aspect of a Job: edit Tasks & Costs, assign team members, schedule work, tag progress, and track hours in one convenient place.

Updating Task & Cost Status

Each Task or Cost starts as a Draft. To activate it:

  • Use the toggle switch beside the item to change it from DraftActive.

  • Once a Task or Cost is activated, the Tasks and/or Costs tab will be displayed.

Assigning Team Members to Tasks

Users can be assigned on the Tasks tab:

  • Under the Assigned To column, click the avatar or “Assign” button.

  • A list of team members appears, showing their names, roles, and capacity percentages.

Each user’s capacity indicator helps you and your team allocate work effectively. e.g. 100% means the team member has 100% of their next two weeks available for work, while 25% means they are at 75% of their two-week capacity.

  • Toggle on the person you’d like to assign.

  • Click X to close when done.

  • Once assigned, team avatars display next to each Task.

Scheduling Tasks

After assigning, you can schedule Tasks to your team members:

  • Hover over a task under the Status column for the option to Schedule.

  • If multiple team members have been assigned to a Task, select a team member to schedule the Task for.

  • This opens the Task Schedule view with the relevant Task highlighted in green.

  • Individually click on, or drag your mouse over, the relevant dates to schedule the Task.

  • Return to the Job view to see the updated Scheduled status.

Using Task Tags

Tags help you label Tasks to keep work organised and easy to follow.

  • Hover over a task under the Status column and click on the + button.

  • Select the relevant, predefined Global Tags list

Tags appear as small coloured badges next to the Task, helping your team quickly understand where each Task stands in its workflow.
